Exchanges or Store Credit:
We offer a 30-day exchange or store credit policy.
For products that have not been worn or used, you will be offered an exchange or store credit of the purchase price. Shipping charges will NOT be refunded. Please note any products that are returned with staining such as, deodorant, make-up, etc. cannot be exchanged nor can store credit be issued. Products that have been used or worn cannot be exchanged nor can store credit be issued.
Email us at customerservice@barbell-voodoo.com for a return authorization. The email should include the following:
• Name
• Address
• Order number
• Request (exchange or store credit) - If you are requesting an exchange, please include the new size needed.
We will promptly process your request. Please include a copy of the return authorization email with your return.

Defects:
If any product is defective, we offer a 60-day exchange policy. Please contact us at customerservice@barbell-voodoo.com. We will request pictures of the defect to determine if an exchange is warranted. DO NOT ship back without prior return authorization.
